It's decent, but not 100% foolproof. I'd say most of the time it works, especially if you use the 'Ghostwriter' mode. Sometimes you still need to tweak it a bit yourself.

Pretty sure they don't do refunds if the content gets detected. You should check their FAQs, but I remember seeing something about that.

I've used both. StealthWriter feels a bit more natural to me, especially with their different writing modes. Undetectable.ai was okay but sometimes the phrasing felt a little clunky.
